These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our multi-store eCommerce mobile application (the "App") operated by
CLOZAR INC. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Definitions "App" refers to the multi-store ecommerce mobile application provided by
CLOZAR INC. "User" refers to any person who accesses or uses the App. "Vendor" refers to businesses or stores selling products through the App.

CLOZAR INC. 2. User Accounts To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or impersonate someone else. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized activity.
3. Use of the App You agree to: Use the App only for lawful purposes. Not engage in fraudulent activities, including fake orders or unauthorized payments. Not upload harmful content (e.g., viruses, spam, illegal material). Not interfere with the App’s operations, such as hacking or reverse-engineering. We reserve the right to monitor usage and take action against violations.
4. Products and Orders Vendors are responsible for listing, pricing, and delivering their products. When you place an order, you agree to pay the total amount, including product prices, taxes, and delivery fees. We are not responsible for product availability, quality, or delivery issues. Any disputes regarding products must be resolved between you and the Vendor. Orders may be canceled or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Payments All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable amount. We do not store your payment details.
6. Refunds and Returns Refund and return policies are determined by individual Vendors. You must review the Vendor’s refund/return policy before making a purchase. For disputes, you may contact the Vendor directly or reach out to us for assistance.
7. Intellectual Property All content in the App, including logos, trademarks, images, and software, is owned by
CLOZAR INC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
8. Third-Party Links The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Use these at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We are not responsible for product issues, delays, or Vendor actions.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction.
10. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account.
11. Privacy Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you agree to the terms of our
Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of
Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of
Delaware.
13. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" or through in-app notifications. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
